The end of a track season is always bittersweet, and the end to the 2010 season was no different. It was hard to say goodbye to this outstanding senior class, yet great to look back at the blessings the Lord showered on this team and the things they were able to accomplish by His grace. The end of the season was especially noteworthy for three of our seniors, who not only advanced to the State Championship but placed at the State Championship. Congratulations to Max Krueger (7th in the triple jump), Sam Kitzrow (6th in the 800), and Steve Brand (4th in the pole vault) for finishing their careers in style.

The 2010 season was one to remember. Highlights of the season included:

• Winning the Triple Crown for the 4th time in school history
• Continuing an unprecedented streak of conference success - we have now finished in the top half of the conference at the Outdoor Championship for 19 consecutive years
• A second place finish at the WIAA Regional Championship despite being limited by injuries
• 29 new additions to our Top Ten lists and one new school record
• 20 WLT Conference championships and 3 WIAA State qualifiers
• Sam Kitzrow being named WLT Athlete of the Year
• Max Krueger cracking our Career Scoring Leaders list
• Winning the JV Conference Championship
• Being named Team of the Week by the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel for our performance at Indoor Conference

We thank God for our successes this season and are already looking forward to 2011!
